A Day in Nature ...

Alright, yesterday was my RL birthday. I tend to not celebrate this in SL, I’d rather celebrate my Rezz day (which is 5 years this year, keep an eye out for a big party, since it’s also around the 1 year anniversary of my in-world shop… I’m already planning now). I don’t like a lot of attention on me personally, but I have some awesome friends who insisted they throw me a party. So, once I got over the social anxiety (or well before that even), I made myself a shirt for the event. Now, this shirt is in mesh… I know, I know, I said in another post how much I disliked mesh because it clips and glitches and what-not, BUT, I like this shirt a lot. It holds textures beautifully and it’s not super long and therefore I don’t have to alter my shape to make it fit! I like my curves, and I want to keep them… most mesh things I either need to wear it so big, I look like a slob or I have to change my shape, and that’s not gonna happen!

 

Anyhow, this shirt is the first in a series (look for a complete outfit too with it). I’m calling the shirt Astrud because the outfit will be called that. I will do all the Zodiac symbols, but right now, in the store by the front desk is the one for my sign, Virgo. It’s on a 29L special… 29L because it’s my 29th birthday! *coughs* okay, quite a few anniversaries of my 29th birthday *coughs* It won’t be 29L for long, so if you’re a Virgo and like this, you should come get it now There’s a free demo right below too.

And a little song for you… I was out walking the other day in Boston on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall area. It is this gorgeous tree-lined walkway and it was a beautiful day. This song came on my iPod and it was perfect (and get it? Zodiac? Astrology? Stars? Yah, I’m a dork!)
