What's next?

When I’ve reached that point on my ‘journey to understanding’, when I though, Okay, I know how stuff works now, only thing I need to do is live by those rules (meaning : health, fitness, nutrition, appearance … Countless hours of research into what to eat, when to eat it, what not to eat, why, medical opinions, chemical formulas, how to exercise, what it does, people’s color typology, what colors to wear , what colors make one look sick and so on. I’m all about ”knowing thyself leads to success” thing.. No actually, it’s just fun. I don’t know. I just like research).
So basically, after finding out that I am a mixed protein-carbohydrate mesomorph, interval training and own-weight exercises are the way to go, i can’t eat carbs after a workout, i am a light summer color type, i should never, ever wear orange, and how to style my hair.. I have discovered a ”new” thing yesterday.
It’s not actually all that new, but i never really considered it before – finding out your body shape in order to dress better (show off strong parts, hide weaknesses), and man, i’ve been dressing the wrong way for yeaaaaaars. You know, the magazine-like tests that never really tell you anything : Are you an apple? Are you a pear? (Haha, I thought I was a pear for years, what a fail) – And I am mentioning this because I tried some stuff ’ suitable for my body shape’ and wow!! That looked really great. And so different! And I understood why so many things didn’t look so great before.
(And in case you don’t know, I’m not just into a superficial research. I study Philosophy with Psychology, okay??)
In conclusion, I think it’s great to know yourself, I mean, you should know yourself best, including your strengths and weaknesses, and then use them in your favor. Other than that, I can’t wait to get my coconut flour to start making healthy cookie dough. Also can’t wait to get my blender, for veggie shakes, and pants that actually make my figure look good.
